We offer FREE 2nd class Delivery to all UK and BFPO customers regardless of order value.
When we attend Craft Fairs and Events we generally pay a fee to the event organisers. With web sales, we carry no such costs therefore we will absorb all delivery costs for UK customers.
UK Delivery is based on Royal Mail "2nd Class" Service - if a customer wishes to use another delivery method (i.e. Recorded Delivery, first class etc) we will charge the customer at cost - discounted by the equivalent UK "2nd Class Post" delivery costs.
A flat rate applies to all other countries as follows:
USA & Canada (Airmail) - £2.50
Europe (Airmail) - £2.00
Rest of World (Airmail) - £2.50
Customers outside the UK may request an alternative service - please contact us for a quotation.
All orders placed are normally despatched within 48 hours excluding weekends. Where a delay in despatch is due to volume of orders or through material shortages, the customer will be contacted, either by telephone or by email advising the estimated despatch date. If a revised date is not suitable for a customer, an immediate refund can be obtained.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings. All other products may be returned unused within 7 days of you receiving your order. Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning any products. Customers are also responsible for all products until received by ourselves. We recommend that customers consider using a signed for service when returning items.
Faulty items can be returned for replacement or refund.
All Refunds will be made via PayPal with 7 days of returns being received.
Customers must contact us by email or telephone prior to returning any item.
